Once you are inside the platform, you can change your password through the following steps:

1. Click the Name/Avatar icon in the top-right corner which takes you to your account.

2. Click on your name.

3. Select Privacy & Security.

4. Click on the Password field.

5. Enter their current/default password.

6. Enter and confirm their new password.

7. Click Save.
   

Passwords will need to be a minimum of 8 characters, and a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and a special character like ! # $. Your password is not visible in our system.

The password will then be updated successfully and you are ready to color!

There will be a minimum of one new release every month for Markers AND one for Pencils. You'll find them in the FEATURED lessons area on the homepage, and make sure to check the Notifications icon at the top right of the page regularly for new content releases.

Some months that might be a full Project Class, some might include new Technique Library lessons, and others may bring multiple releases, Art Foundations or even guest teachers. Any guest teacher classes will be on top of mine, giving you more learning!

And now you never have to worry about falling behind. The channel is just there to support you when you want something fun to color or help with an existing project, rather than feeling like you need to do classes in any order or play catchup.

One of the biggest advantages of The Coloring Channel is that we're no longer limited to creating just one "headline" class each month. Instead, we can build a complete learning library, with everything from popular favourites to niche techniques and subjects that help you become a more confident colourist. That means if this month's new release isn't what you're in the mood for, there's already a whole library of lessons waiting for you to explore. This way we can focus on making the channel as comprehensive as possible, covering all of everything you could possibly dream of!

Yes ❤️ As a thank you for your support, your current price is locked in for as long as you remain a member.

New membership pricing will be higher, but nothing changes for you while your existing membership remains active.

If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll move to the membership price available at that time.

To make the move as easy as possible, I've kept your existing membership and billing exactly as it is.

You don't need to re-subscribe or enter new payment details.

This means Legacy Member billing won't appear inside your new Coloring Channel account. If you currently pay through PayPal, you can continue to manage your subscription there, or contact me anytime if you need help.

New memberships will be managed directly through The Coloring Channel using Stripe.

Your previous individual class purchases remain available through the original links emailed to you when you purchased them. Please just ensure to keep these emails if you'd prefer to access your lessons this way.

Search your email for alyce@kitandclowder.com or mail@kitandclowder.ning.com to find your original class emails. For the best results, search through your email provider's website rather than your phone/computer Mail app.

I've gone back through 12 years of classes and remastered older videos wherever possible to improve their video and audio quality.

Along the way, there were a small number that simply didn't reflect the standard I want to teach at today, so I've chosen not to bring those across.

If an old favourite is missing, let me know! Some may return in an updated or reimagined form in the future. ❤️

All of your class resources are still downloadable, including class images, step-by-step booklets, Easy Print files, Colour Blend Booklets and other bonus resources.

Class videos are now streamed through The Coloring Channel rather than downloaded. This allows your progress to be saved and lets you pick up exactly where you left off. Due to the volume of lessons, we can't allow free downloads for everyone as it uses considerably bandwidth data. However, offline viewing is already planned for our upcoming app, giving you even more flexibility to colour wherever you are. I'll keep you updated as this develops!

Rather than creating our usual headline Project Classes while preparing the new platform, I've used that time to build 40 completely new Technique Library lessons covering some of our most requested skills: skin tones, hair, fabrics, skies, glass, metals, timber, stone and lots more.

It also gives me a little time after this enormous launch to get back to creating your next big projects.

Regular new releases resume October 15.

Classes can release on any day of the month as I can release as soon as a lesson is ready, but let's keep our usual schedule in October while we ease in :)
